Margarita Arriagada, a beauty industry visionary, mentor, and investor, founded Valdé Beauty in 2020 with the purpose of paying homage to her mother, women and the beauty industry. As a former Chief Merchandising Officer at Sephora, she built a reputation for nurturing talent and driving innovation. She leverages her extensive expertise to advocate for Latine beauty entrepreneurs. Margarita is one of the founding members of  Latinas in Beauty, and holds the role as Secretary of the board.

Nadine Tapia is the Founder & President of Tapia Beauty Group, a certified B Corp developed to advise, invest, and consult early stage beauty and service brands. Tapia was the previous President & CEO, and only investor of Ole Henriksen prior to its acquisition by LVMH. Tapia owns Pursuit Beauty, a sun and skincare brand for an active lifestyle, and is one of the founding members of the non-profit Latinas in Beauty, and holds the role as Treasurer of the board.
