What is the Latinas in Beauty Pledge for Equity?
The Pledge for Equity is a commitment by CEOs of beauty brands, retailers and organizations to support the advancement of Latine professionals and entrepreneurs in the beauty industry. This pledge aims to ensure that the beauty industry is equitable for all.
What is involved with committing to the Pledge?
The pledge is a commitment to:
- Partner with Latinas in Beauty to support our mission

- Amplify Representation Across the Beauty Industry
Latina-owned brands:
Increase the representation of Latine-owned brands in retail by stocking and promoting these brands. Increase funding to Latine entrepreneurs
Corporate Professionals:
Increase representation of Latina beauty leaders across all levels of your organization including senior level and C-suite. Implement targeted recruitment strategies and retention programs.
Content Creators & Artist:
Enhance brand partnership with Latine content creators and influencers to amplify their voice, develop culturally relevant beauty content. Increase representation of Latine artist professionals within your brands and beauty campaigns including makeup, hair, nails and models.
